If you’re looking at these reviews, you’re probably doing your research to find a great contractor to do work on your beloved home. Most of us have values/attributes that we look for in a contractor. Me and my wife value honesty, professionalism, great customer service (dealing with our concerns in a timely manner), attention to detail and just simply doing what was agreed to. A relative referred Dallas Remodel and Design to us as we were looking to remodel our kitchen and re-face our fireplace. They came in and talked us through our wants and made suggestions on areas we weren’t sure about. They presented multiple options and gave their honest opinion on what they felt would work and why. Chad and his crew were awesome. Chad assured us we would love how our kitchen would look and he was absolutely right about that. They do great work, period. We would definitely recommend them and will use them again for our future projects.

Dallas Remodel was recommended to me after we had a pipe burst and flood the entire downstairs of my parents home. Both Chad was incredibly helpful in the first phone call. Due to my remediation company, it took a few weeks before I could have Chad come out to take a look at the remodel. During those few weeks Chad was very helpful answering numerous questions regarding the remediation process and insurance all before we even had a signed contract. Once the project got under way all of his contractors were professional and did beautiful work. I thought their bid was very fair and their were no hidden surprises. We got a payment plan so we knew exactly how much each payment was going be and when they were due. This remodel included new hardwood floors, painting the kitchen cabinets, new kitchen countertops,new backsplash, new kitchen sink and fixtures, new carpet, new tile flooring, paint throughout the house, replacing drywall, new lighting fixtures, replacing insulation, replacing the fireplace and numerous other items. This was a highly stressful time for our family made much easier because of Chad. I highly recommend using Dallas Remodel and Design. I will absolutely use them for anything I have done at my home.

From the start of initial consultation all the way to the end of the project, Chad and team were very professional and provided excellent customer service. Chad was there for me to answer all my questions throughout the entire remodeling process.

Chad was amazingly patient when he explained to me the differences between the options. Chad is very knowledgeable, know what he is doing. He helped me a lot to keep the project under budget, while maintain good quality level.

After almost 31 years in our house, we recently finished a total remodel (new countertops, paint, and flooring throughout, 2 bathrooms totally gutted and redone) . Chad and the team at Dallas Remodel and Design made the process very smooth for us. The difference is absolutely incredible.

Chad was very easy to work with and very responsive to changes we made along the way. We would definitely use them again if we need any other work done. Love all of it, especially new master bath and kitchen.

Professional, punctual, clean and responsive are a few of the words I would use to describe Dallas Remodel & Design. Having just moved to the Frisco area I reached out to a few different companies to provide a quote on deck removal and replacement, as well as converting an unfinished attic to a usable storage area.
From first contact they were incredibly responsive. Although I had an idea of what I wanted, Chad listened and provided consultation which actually provided more storage space.
Both the storage space and deck were completed on time and after they wrapped up you wouldn’t know their team were even there except for our incredible new backyard living space.

Beyond impressed!! I reached out to Chad and Company in hopes for an easy repair with my existing grout in my shower. Chad and his crew came by and pointed out that the previous company that I used to do my first remodel a few years ago cut several corners and has ultimately caused water to get back behind the shower walls and caused quite a bit of damaged. Needless to say I needed to have the entire shower redone. I used this as an opportunity to change out the floor and shower tile to a new look. Wow! What a difference. Very impressed with the crew and the quality of work. Highly recommended!!

Update 10/15/24: Chad’s painters just finished painting the exterior of my parents’ house this week. They did such a great job that my parents can’t thank me enough for hiring them! My parents are extremely picky when it comes to quality work. The painters caulked everything and used the best materials. Dallas Remodel and Design is my go-to company for any remodel job big or small.

We’re big fans of Dallas Remodel and Design! We’ve had them do multiple jobs for us – master bath, living room, multiple built-ins, flooring, etc.

The Dallas Remodel and Design team is fairly priced and very engaged, coming to check on project progress frequently and quick to return messages if we had questions or needed anything.

When we get to remodeling our secondary bathrooms, it will be Dallas Remodel and Design doing the work!
